As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive planning and execution of data migration activities to guarantee that data is transferred accurately and completely into the target system. This role requires coordinating multiple teams, establishing effective migration strategies and controls, and proactively managing potential risks. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration to ensure a seamless and dependable transition of data, while monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of migration plans to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with data migration activities to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong expertise in data migration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with data validation and quality assurance techniques to ensure data integrity.
- Ability to design and implement data migration controls and audit mechanisms.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing solutions and their integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills related to data transfer and transformation challenges.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
