Role Description The Data Management role at PPStack is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing and improving how data is collected, stored, managed, and leveraged across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include implementing data governance frameworks, defining data standards, and monitoring data quality to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

The role involves managing master data and key reference data sets, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align data processes with business needs, and supporting reporting and analytics initiatives.

Management professional will document data policies and procedures,



contribute to data architecture and workflow improvements, and help ensure that data practices comply with relevant regulations and best practices. Collaboration with product, technology, and analytics teams is essential to enable data-driven decision-making and support PPStack’s AI-powered education solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Management and Master Data Management to design, maintain, and optimize core data assets and structures.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Data Governance and Data Quality to establish policies, standards, and controls that ensure trustworthy and compliant data.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions and performance measurement.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with relational databases, SQL, and data integration tools; experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
- Candidates should possess strong documentation and communication skills to define data processes, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and support change management.
- Relevant experience in data management, data governance, or analytics within technology, EdTech, or related sectors is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field is beneficial.
