We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day data management and SAP-related activities. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular data entry and record maintenance in SAP.

Enter and update purchase, inventory, material and other operational data in the system. Maintain accurate records of POs, GRPOs, Goods Issues and other SAP transactions as required. Prepare and maintain basic reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel.

Enter data received from plant teams, purchase teams, stores and other departments. Check entries for accuracy and completeness before updating them in SAP. Maintain proper digital records and organize computer files and documents.

Assist in generating and downloading basic SAP reports.



Coordinate with the concerned departments to obtain missing information and correct discrepancies. Perform general computer-based administrative and data-entry work.

Skills RequiredBasic working knowledge of SAP;

experience with SAP Business One will be preferred. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Comfortable with computers, email, file management and data entry. Good typing speed with accuracy. Ability to understand basic purchase and inventory terminology. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Basic communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to work independently and follow established processes. Qualification &

Experience: Graduate / Diploma holder in any relevant field. 0–2 years of experience; freshers with valuable computer and Excel skills may also apply. Previous experience in SAP data entry, stores, purchase, inventory or back-office operations would be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who is comfortable working with numbers and computers, is disciplined with data entry, and can learn Bhumi Green Energy's SAP and reporting processes quickly.
