We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to handle material inward entries, SAP/GRN processing, inventory records, documentation, and daily MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform material inward entries in SAP
- Process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and verify inward documents
- Enter and maintain inventory-related data accurately
- Prepare daily MIS and operational reports
- Maintain inward documentation and records
- Maintain FIFO and proper material storage
- Perform data verification and resolve entry discrepancies
- Update stock and material movement details
- Coordinate with warehouse, stores and internal teams
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all system entries
Required Skills
- Any Degree / Diploma / ITI
- 1–2 years of experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of SAP – Inward Entry & GRN Processing
- Knowledge of WMS/SAP and MS Excel
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data entry
- Basic understanding of inventory management and FIFO
- Good typing and data-entry accuracy
- Attention to detail and record-maintenance skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Fresher with relevant knowledge of SAP/Excel may also be considered.
