Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for an Advertising and Media Sales Manager (Offline).



The individual in this role will lead offline advertising and media sales initiatives for NoBrokerHood, focusing on monetization opportunities within managed societies and the wider local ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pitching offline advertising solutions to brands and local businesses, designing media packages, negotiating rates and contracts, and closing deals that drive revenue growth. The role involves collaborating with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to create effective offline campaigns, ensure timely execution, and measure performance. The manager will maintain strong client relationships, build a robust sales pipeline, conduct market research, and represent NoBrokerHood at relevant events and meetings to expand the offline media network.
Qualifications
Solid offline sales and business development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
