BIM Expert Studio is a rapid-growing BIM and CAD outsourcing company based in Ahmedabad, India, delivering Architecture, Structural, MEPF, and Scan-to-BIM production services to Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) firms, building surveyors, and MEPF/General Contractors across the United States. We work across multiple project types and disciplines with a production team built to scale.
We're looking for a hands-on BIM Lead / VP – Production to own end-to-end technical delivery, build and lead our modeling team, and become the technical backbone of the company as we scale production capacity.

Role Summary

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role — not a purely managerial one.



You will be the final technical authority across every discipline we serve (Architecture, Structural, MEPF, Scan-to-BIM), responsible for making sure any project that comes in from a US client — regardless of discipline or project type — can be delivered correctly, on time, and to US AEC documentation standards. You will also build out the production bench itself: hiring, training, and developing modelers and drafters as the team scales.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical delivery across all disciplines — Architecture, Structural, MEPF, and Scan-to-BIM — for every incoming client project, regardless of discipline or project type.
Review incoming project scopes from US clients and determine discipline, LOD, staffing, and timeline requirements.
Set up and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), modeling standards, and QA/QC checkpoints for every project.
