Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities at project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate and monitor HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Ensure HVAC works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Review HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
• Monitor installation of ducting, piping, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
• Conduct inspections and ensure proper quality of HVAC installations.
Experience:
• 2–10 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, supervision, or commissioning.
