About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and execute influencer campaigns for our nutraceutical and wellness products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant creators, managing collaborations, coordinating content, and tracking campaign performance. This structure reflects common current influencer-marketing responsibilities such as creator sourcing, campaign execution, negotiation, content approvals and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and shortlist micro, nano, macro and health/wellness influencers aligned with the brand.
Build and maintain solid relationships with influencers, creators and agencies.
Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to final reporting.




Coordinate influencer briefs, scripts, content approvals, posting schedules and deliverables.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables and collaboration terms with influencers.
Ensure content follows brand guidelines and appropriate product/health communication.
Coordinate with the Creative, Social Media, Performance Marketing and Sales teams.
Track campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, views, clicks, conversions and ROI.
Prepare weekly/monthly influencer campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
Maintain an updated influencer database, campaign tracker and performance records.
Explore recent creators, content formats, trends and collaboration opportunities.
Support UGC, product seeding, affiliate campaigns and brand collaborations.
Stay updated on Instagram, YouTube and emerging social media trends.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
