About the Role

TaxGraph LLP is hiring two full time, on-site Accounts & Tax Executives for its office in Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi.
The role is suitable for candidates with around two years of practical experience in accounting, GST and TDS work. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling routine assignments, maintaining proper working papers and completing work within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and review day-to-day accounting entries
• Maintain ledgers and supporting accounting records
• Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations
• Prepare GST workings and assist with GST return filing
• Reconcile purchase data with GSTR-2B and follow up on differences
• Prepare TDS workings, challans and return-related data
• Maintain organised documents and compliance working papers




• Coordinate with clients or internal team members for required information
• Use Tally and Microsoft Excel for accounting, reconciliations and reporting

What We Are Looking For

• Around two years of relevant practical experience in accounting, GST and TDS
• Good working knowledge of bookkeeping and ledger scrutiny
• Practical understanding of GST returns, GSTR-2B reconciliation and TDS compliance
• Working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel
• Valuable attention to detail and a systematic approach to work
• Ability to manage routine assignments and meet deadlines
• Clear communication and willingness to take responsibility for assigned work
• B.Com, M.Com or a relevant qualification will be preferred
