Role Overview
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who can manage influencer campaigns from creator identification to execution and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good creator understanding, and the ability to coordinate with influencers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and shortlist relevant influencers and creators based on campaign requirements.
Reach out to influencers and negotiate commercials, deliverables and campaign terms.
Coordinate with influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Manage campaign execution, timelines and deliverables.
Maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent managers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Track campaign deliverables, content approvals and posting schedules.
Assist in preparing campaign reports and performance updates.
Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, creators and social media platforms.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Influencer Relations, Creator Management or a similar role.
Agency experience will be preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Good coordination and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
