About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the Sales & Business Development team by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining market and project-related data. The role will focus on identifying new construction projects, upcoming developments, potential customers, and business opportunities for elevator installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and collect data on new construction projects, upcoming buildings, commercial projects, residential projects, and infrastructure developments.

- Generate potential project and customer data through online research, portals, websites, directories, and other available sources.

- Identify projects where new elevator/lift requirements may arise.

- Prepare and maintain a database of projects, builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and potential customers.

- Verify and update project information, including project location, developer/contractor details, project stage, and potential opportunity.

- Share qualified leads and project information with the Sales team for further follow-up.

- Coordinate closely with Sales Executives to understand their territory and data requirements.

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Sales team.





- Analyze available data to identify new business opportunities and potential sales leads.

- Maintain accurate and updated Excel/CRM reports and dashboards.

- Support the sales team with market intelligence, competitor information, and project data as required.

Key Skills Required

- Strong research and data collection skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

- Ability to conduct effective online research and identify relevant information.

- Good analytical and logical thinking.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to organize and maintain large volumes of data.

- Understanding of real estate, construction, infrastructure, or elevator industry will be an advantage.

Key Performance Areas (KRA)

- Number of new projects identified.

- Quality and accuracy of project data generated.

- Number of qualified leads shared with Sales.

- Current business opportunities identified.

- Timely updating of project/lead databases.

- Coordination and support provided to the Sales team.

- Conversion of researched projects into actionable sales opportunities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
