Job Title: Data Analyst / Data Science Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Data Analyst / Data Science Trainer to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and engaging training in Data Analytics and Data Science, guiding students through real-world projects, and helping them develop industry-relevant technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Data Analytics and Data Science.
- Teach concepts including Python, SQL, Excel, Statistics, Data Visualization, and Data Analysis.
- Provide training on tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Introduce students to Machine Learning fundamentals and basic predictive modelling.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Provide hands-on training using real-world datasets and industry-based case studies.
- Guide students in completing Data Analytics and Data Science projects.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback and support.
- Conduct practical sessions, tests, evaluations, and doubt-clearing sessions.




- Keep training content updated according to current industry trends and requirements.
- Mentor students in developing portfolios, projects, and job-ready skills.
- Support students with interview preparation, technical discussions, and career guidance when required.
- Coordinate with the academic and placement teams regarding student performance and training progress.
- Maintain proper records of classes, attendance, assignments, assessments, and student performance.
- Participate in curriculum development and other academic activities assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Data Analytics and Data Science concepts.
- Good proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau.
- Understanding of statistics, data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and data visualization.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Machine Learning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Valuable classroom management and student mentoring skills.
