Position: Data Analyst / Business Data Analyst

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

We are looking for analytical and detail-oriented Data Analysts to join our team. Candidates with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and business insights are preferred.

Freshers with strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data analytics concepts are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
- Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports .
- Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance metrics.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
- Perform data validation and identify data-quality issues.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful data insights.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Track KPIs and provide actionable insights based on data.
- Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data processes.




- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SQL .
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel .
- Good knowledge of Power BI and data visualization.
- Understanding of data cleaning and data transformation.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and analytical techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on Data Analyst experience preferred.
- Power Query / DAX
- Python for Data Analysis
- Pandas / NumPy
- Tableau
- MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server
- Knowledge of KPI reporting and business intelligence
- Experience working with large datasets
- Data warehousing concepts

Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc / BCA / MCA / MBA or equivalent.
- Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant hands-on experience are preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and relevant academic/personal projects can apply.
- Candidates from Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related backgrounds are preferred.
