Role Description The Travel & Event Consultant (Domestic) will handle end-to-end planning and coordination of domestic travel and events for Vervve Hotels & Resorts’ clients and internal stakeholders. This full time, on-site role is based in Pune City and involves designing itineraries, booking accommodations and transportation,



and managing event logistics such as venues, schedules, and vendor coordination. The consultant will communicate regularly with clients to understand requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure a seamless travel and event experience. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking expenses, preparing event and travel documentation, and resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role also requires close collaboration with hotel and resort teams to align travel and event plans with operational capabilities and brand standards.

Event Planning and Event Management skills to design, organize, and execute domestic events and travel programs.
