Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive current business, build enterprise accounts, and achieve sales targets across IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new enterprise and mid-market business opportunities.
Generate leads through calling, networking, events, referrals, and OEM/partner relationships.
Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Heads,



Procurement, and key stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements and map them to suitable technology solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Work with presales, OEMs, distributors, and internal teams on proposals, POCs, and demos.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and account plans.
Drive cross-sell, up-sell, and account growth opportunities.
Preferred Solution Knowledge
Exposure to Cybersecurity, SASE, ZTNA, DLP, PAM, IAM/IDAM, Firewall, SIEM/SOC, SD-WAN, Networking etc. will be preferred.
Desired Skills
3–8 years of B2B/Enterprise IT Sales experience.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven new-business/hunting and target-achievement capability.
Good understanding of OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and IT ecosystem.
