Job Description
The Senior Marketing Executive, Performance Marketing role offers an prospect to make a meaningful impact within IQ-EQ's global marketing function.



Working across a diverse portfolio of digital initiatives, you'll help ensure marketing investment delivers solid business outcomes through a combination of strategic thinking, analytical rigour and effective cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing qualified looking to deepen their expertise within a global, growth-focused organisation.
What you'll do
You'll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Display platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and performance goals.
You'll manage campaign performance by monitoring and improving key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates through audience segmentation, keyword research, forecasting, and campaign structure optimisation.
You'll ensure accurate end-to-end campaign tracking and data-driven decision-making using tools such as Goog
