About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 4+ years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, and Performance Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, generating quality leads, increasing website traffic, and driving measurable business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO
Develop and implement effective On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and conversions.




Conduct regular SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Google Ads / PPC
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Manage Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize ad copies, bidding strategies, budgets, targeting, and landing pages.
Monitor CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and ROI.
Meta Ads
Plan and manage advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Create campaigns for lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Manage audience targeting, retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
Test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaigns.
Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
