Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design cutting tools, tooling systems, and fixtures using Autodesk AutoCAD and UG NX.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Develop detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for production purposes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Documentation of drawings in PLM, SAP and within department.
- Controlling of DAP and production drawings
- Update the drawing as per DMR and documents the same.
- Preparation of manufacturing drawing using NX within lead time.
- Preparation of quotation drawings in Auto CAD within lead time
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in cutting tool design or related field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and UG NX software.
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
