We are looking for motivated Sales Associates to guide customers in purchasing Term & Health Insurance policies and drive sales through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Guide customers through the online policy purchase process.
- Handle customer queries and explain policy features clearly.
- Follow up with leads and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and follow company compliance processes.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- Freshers can apply; 1+ year experience in Sales/BPO/Insurance is preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
