About the Role

Codeyoung is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through qualified and empathetic communication.

- Meet quality and productivity benchmarks set by the organization.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
