Penster is an AI marketing app for doctors who run their own practice — dentists, dermatologists, ortho, IVF, physio, paediatrics, and more. It plans a month of content, produces the reels and posts, and publishes only after the doctor approves. It replaces the agency, the freelancer and the editor a solo clinic can't afford.

We're a small team. You will not be employee number 400 on a floor of 400.

- Make 60–90 outbound calls a day from our list of practising doctors and clinic owners
- Explain, in plain language, what Penster does for a clinic like theirs — different pitch for a dentist than for a dermatologist
- Walk a doctor through installing the app and setting up their clinic, live on the phone
- Follow up on WhatsApp, book demos, and stay on a lead until it converts or dies
- Log every call and outcome in the CRM the same day
- Tell the product team what doctors actually object to. You'll hear it before anyone else does.

Must have Hindi and English fluency — both, spoken.

professional phone manner - Doctors are busy and get pitched constantly. You get about eight seconds.

Comfort with technology - You'll be guiding someone through an app install, a login and an upload while they're between patients. If you can't do that without a script, this role won't work.- Willing to make cold calls every day and be told no most of the time- 0–3 years' experience. Freshers are welcome if the above is true.

Robust plus

- A third language: Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Bengali or Gujarati- Prior tele-sales in healthcare, edtech, insurance or SaaS- You already use Instagram or YouTube seriously and understand why content works- Familiarity with a CRM

Not a fit if

- You want a fixed script to read- You're looking for inbound support or a chat/email role- You're uncomfortable being measured on installs and activations every week
