Currently we have requirement for Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our Sales Department at Sambalpur Location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolving customer concerns.
- Customer experience at the dealership showroom and supporting in their follow-ups.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
- Complaint Management.
- Feedback collection.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 Years experience in similar role in an automobile sector. EDUCATION - ANY GRADUATE / BBA /MBA
