About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Jr. Recruitment Executive / Senior Recruitment Executive to join our recruitment team in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a solid background in hiring for Accounts, Finance, Auditing and Outsourcing companies. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a robust understanding of various talent sourcing channels.Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and prepare effective candidate search strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels including:
Job portals
LinkedIn
Employee referrals




Social media platforms
Recruitment databases
Networking and references
Direct sourcing / headhunting
Handle recruitment for Accounts, Finance, Audit, Taxation and Outsourcing profiles.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, communication and suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain qualified relationships with candidates.
Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
