As the Team Leader Collections, you will play a vital role in driving the
performance and efficiency of the Collections team. Your primary responsibility
will be to lead and motivate a team of Collection Executives, ensuring they
adhere to company policies and procedures. You will be a key driver of the
team's success, implementing strategies to enhance collection efforts and
achieve targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the Collection Executives team, providing guidance and
support.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to
collections.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and
coaching.
Implement and oversee collection strategies, ensuring effective and effective
processes.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex collection issues and
escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all collection activities.
Analyze collection data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for
improvement.




Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections management.

QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within collections or a
similar field.
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
motivate and inspire.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
Proficiency in using collections management software and MS Office suite.
