Role Description
This is a full time on-site role located at Jasola, New Delhi for a Conference Producer.
The Conference Producer is responsible for the development of timely and relevant conferences in the marketplace. This will mainly encompass industry research, content (programme) development, speaker acquisition, managing sales team, managing conference budget and event execution.

Job Descriptions:




Research and analyze the feasibility of developing potential conference topics into commercially viable events. In case of flagship Conference brands with several past editions already held – having a thorough market intelligence and updated awareness of the key developments in the concerned industry sector, pertinent to the business, ability to research, consult advisors (industry experts) and draft a conference agenda validated by external advisors (industry experts) and/or “Knowledge Partner”, such that the event would garner maximum delegate registrations and sponsor participation.
Communicate over phone and email with key industry figures to determine the validity of proposed topic, sub-themes, timing and location
Prepare the conference programme (agenda), invite and confirm speakers without incurring any cost (travel, accommodation etc.); liaise with speakers to ensure attendance, organize or assist in the organizing of the event, as the case may be
