As a Room Boy, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming
environment for our customers and employees. Your duties will include general
cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
common areas, as well as ensuring the availability of necessary amenities and
supplies. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of
cleanliness in our office, including restrooms and break rooms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in the office, including
vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
Ensure the availability of essential amenities and supplies, such as toilet
paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in restrooms and break rooms,
ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for
prompt resolution.
Assist in setting up and breaking down meeting rooms and event spaces as
needed.
Handle basic laundry tasks, such as washing and ironing uniforms or linens.




Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe work setting.
Work collaboratively with the facilities team to ensure efficient and
effective cleaning operations.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with
customers and colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role, such as a janitor or cleaner, is an
asset.
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of
cleanliness.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving
equipment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, as
required.
