? We’re Hiring: Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) who can build strong relationships with our existing clients and ensure excellent service throughout the client journey.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and follow up with clients after order confirmation.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Regularly collect genuine client feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with clients from order placement through payment collection .
- Understand and resolve client queries, concerns, and service-related issues.
- Guide clients/participants regarding company products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Proactively follow up with clients and ensure timely closure of their requirements.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups effectively.
