In this role, you'll focus on supporting global master data processes, ensuring data quality and compliance, driving standardization, and contributing to process improvement initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform creation and maintenance of master data records accurately and in accordance with established procedures, service levels, quality standards, and governance rules.
- Support master data workflow tools, processes, and the execution of mass data updates.
- Validate and maintain high-quality master data to ensure completeness, consistency, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Conduct regular data cleansing activities to improve and sustain data quality standards.
- Support controls and routine checks to ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance standards, and business rules.
- Assist the business by providing timely and accurate master data management services across multiple domains, including Product, Customer, Vendor,



and Material Master Data.
- Participate in projects focused on process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Support investigations into recurring data issues and business process failures by assisting in root cause analysis activities.
- Help identify issues related to data entry errors, process non-compliance, process design gaps, and system-related challenges.
- Participate in testing activities for new systems, tools, and process enhancements to ensure minimal business disruption.
- Partner with business stakeholders and Information Technology teams to support effective master data governance and system implementation activities.
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and audit-ready records associated with master data management processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Commerce, or a related field.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills in English (B2/C1 proficiency level).
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to process and analyze large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic SAP user knowledge.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively and work independently within established processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Understanding of master data management principles, governance, policies, and quality management practices.
- Knowledge of SAP Master Data processes and ERP environments.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, Winshuttle, Macros, or SAP Scripting.




- Exposure to process improvement, automation, or shared services operations.
- Additional language skills such as European languages, Hebrew, or Arabic are advantageous.
