HIRING – CUSTOMER DELIGHT EXECUTIVE | GET-EPIK*

Location: Bangalore – Hebbal & Mahadevapura

Gender: Male, Female

Shift: Day Shift

Week Off: Rotational (Saturday & Sunday are working days)

SALARY: ₹34,000 – ₹40,000 IN-HAND + MONTHLY INCENTIVES UP TO ₹50,000+ PER MONTH based on performance in incentives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Visit customer locations based on company-provided leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build a great customer experience and maintain strong customer relationships.

TARGET & INCENTIVES:

Minimum Monthly Revenue Target: *₹3.5 Lakhs Incentives: Up to 4% of achieved revenue

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- 6 months – 1 year experience in sales/customer-facing roles preferred.
- Good communication skills in English + Kannada.




- Experience in Field Sales / Retail Sales / Inside Sales / B2B / B2C / Lead Generation is preferred.
- Candidates from Electronics, Fashion or similar sales industries can apply.
- Must have your own bike/vehicle + valid driving licence.
- Strong convincing, communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and confident in dealing with customers.
