We are looking for an experienced Creative Lead / Creative Strategist who can take complete leadership of our creative and marketing function.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, strong creative leader, and hands-on problem solver who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution. You will be responsible for shaping the brand's creative direction, developing marketing campaigns, researching and sourcing creative references for social media content, identifying trends and opportunities, managing the creative team, coordinating with clients, running ads, and ensuring that every creative output serves a clear business objective.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall creative vision, strategy, and execution across branding, digital marketing, social media, campaigns, print, events, and other communication channels.
- Lead, manage and mentor the creative team, including designers, video editors, content writers and other creative professionals, while managing workflows, priorities, timelines and quality.
- Research market trends, competitor campaigns, social media trends and emerging creative formats,



and turn relevant insights and references into fresh, original campaign and content ideas.
- Develop and oversee creative concepts, campaigns, social media content, advertisements, videos, presentations and brand communications, ensuring consistency with the brand identity and business objectives.
- Work closely with and manage clients and internal teams to understand requirements, develop creative briefs, present concepts, manage feedback and ensure smooth execution from idea to final delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, business development and external creative partners, while coordinating multiple projects and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Stay ahead of new creative tools, technologies, AI solutions and digital trends, introducing creative ideas and efficient workflows that improve the quality and impact of the organisation's creative output.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
