About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Head to lead our creative function and set the creative direction across branding, social media, digital campaigns, and video content.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creative team across design, video, motion, and content.
- Develop strong creative concepts and campaign ideas.
- Translate client briefs into compelling creative solutions.
- Review and maintain the quality of all creative output.
- Present creative concepts to clients and handle creative discussions.
- Build creative processes, standards, and workflows.
- Mentor and develop designers, editors, and other creative talent.
- Stay updated with emerging creative, design, content, and AI trends.





Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a creative agency, advertising, or brand environment.
- Solid portfolio across digital, branding, campaigns, and social media.
- Excellent understanding of design, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
- Ability to turn business objectives into creative ideas.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
