We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join a fast-growing health-tech organization.

? Key Responsibilities • Handle customer interactions through calls, emails and chats

- Resolve queries related to health insurance, claims, appointments and wellness services
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure proper follow-ups




- Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high satisfaction levels

? Requirements • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Support

- Healthcare / Health Insurance experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM / ticketing systems is an added advantage
