Job Role
- The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Contract Administration, Drafting, FIDIC / CPWD Conditions, Delay Analysis, EOT (Extension of Time), and Risk Management, with prior exposure to irrigation, dam, or canal projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct critical study of contract documents and identify key contractual terms and conditions.
2. Demonstrate sound knowledge of FIDIC and CPWD Conditions of Contract.
3. Prepare Contract Appreciation Documents and brief project teams on obligations and deliverables.
4. Understand project scope, schedule, and milestones, and guide teams during execution.
5.
Manage escalation of bills, perform rate analysis, and support project billing activities.
6. Identify and assess potential risks and interpret clauses for risk mitigation and compliance.
7. Draft and review contractual documents, letters, MoUs, and amendments, ensuring compliance by subcontractors.
8. Conduct delay analysis and prepare well-substantiated EOT and cost claims.
9. Maintain and update records of claims, variations, and deviation statements.
10. Prepare contractual correspondences, client replies, and arbitration documentation.
11. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and legal teams for claim preparation and resolution.
