Designation: Content Developer & Editor – Science

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and review school-level Science content aligned with the latest syllabus, curriculum, and pedagogy.

Ensure content is accurate, age-appropriate, engaging, and learner-centric.

Incorporate competency-based, experiential, inquiry-based, and activity-based learning approaches.

Review manuscripts, visuals, worksheets, and digital content for quality, accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Work closely with writers, subject-matter experts, designers, and production teams.

Fact-check scientific concepts, examples, terminology, and data.

Contribute ideas for innovative print and digital learning resources.

Maintain work trackers and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

Participate actively in editorial reviews, discussions, and team initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Science – Mandatory.

2–4 years of relevant experience in Science teaching,



educational publishing, e-learning, or content development/editing.

Teaching experience at the primary/middle-school level is an advantage.

Robust command of English, grammar, and written communication.

Key Skills

Strong Science concepts and editorial/proofreading skills.

Understanding of current educational trends and child-centric pedagogy.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and view content from a child's perspective.

Creativity, visualization, and analytical skills.

Good understanding of activities, experiments, assessments, and multimedia learning.

Basic proficiency in MS Office and PDF/Adobe Reader.

Ability to prioritize, collaborate, accept feedback, and meet deadlines.

Curious, open to new ideas, and committed to quality and continuous learning.
