We're looking for a Content Creator who understands that great content isn't just about posting consistently.

It's about knowing what people are watching, why they're watching it, and how to turn an idea into content that makes them stop scrolling.

You'll work across different brands, industries and content formats — from researching trends and developing content strategies to writing scripts, planning shoots and creating social media content.

We're looking for someone who can think strategically, create independently and stay relentlessly curious about what's changing in digital content.

What You'll Do

- Develop content ideas and strategies for brands across social media platforms
- Research current trends, formats, creators, competitors and audience behaviour
- Identify trends that are relevant to a brand and adapt them creatively rather than simply copying them
- Develop content concepts, hooks, scripts, captions and creative briefs
- Create content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels
- Participate in and help plan photoshoots and video shoots
- Work closely with designers, video editors and the wider creative team
- Use AI and other emerging content creation tools to improve ideation, research and execution
- Stay updated with changes in social media platforms, formats, algorithms and content trends




- Review content performance and use insights to improve future content
- Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Present ideas clearly and incorporate feedback into the final execution

What We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
- A good eye for trends, formats, hooks and storytelling
- Ability to develop an idea from concept → script → execution
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Understanding of basic content strategy and audience behaviour
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and handling multiple brands/projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams
- Strong curiosity about new platforms, tools and content formats
- Comfortable experimenting with AI-powered tools and new-age content workflows

Tools & Skills You don't need to know every tool in the market.

But you should be someone who actively explores tools that can make the work better and faster.

Experience with tools for

- Content research and trend discovery
- Social media management and analytics
- Canva / Adobe Creative tools




- Video editing or basic video production
- AI-assisted content creation, research, ideation or scripting

will be an advantage.
