Education Qualifications

- B.Tech (CS/IT)/MCA Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of full-stack applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability • Oversee front-end development using ReactJS, delivering a responsive and engaging user experience • Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot • Design and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL for high-availability and performance • Deploy and manage applications on JBoss or Tomcat application servers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.




- Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack and implement effective solutions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, applying them where beneficial to the project.

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a solid background in Java Spring Boot and ReactJS • Expertise in PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and management.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on JBoss or Tomcat servers.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a development team.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership and project management responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability best practices.
