Responsibilities

Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and BOQs based on drawings and specifications.

- Support in preparing cost estimates for materials, labour, and services.
- Collect and analyze vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Assist in rate analysis and cost tracking for ongoing projects.
- Maintain estimation records and databases.

Purchase & Procurement
- Assist in material procurement as per approved BOQs and site requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and deliveries.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Ensure materials are procured as per quality standards, specifications, and timelines.
- Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation.

Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in estimation or procurement (freshers may apply).
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, BOQs, and drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic knowledge of estimation software (preferred).
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
