Job Description About the Role
nLamipak is looking for high-potential graduates to join our Management Trainee Program, working closely with the Vice Chairman Office and Sales & Marketing leadership team. The program begins with exposure to strategic planning and business analysis at the executive level, then transitions into frontline sales cluster rotations, where trainees take on account management responsibilities and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Support the Sales & Marketing VP in strategic planning and execution of key initiativesn
Conduct business analysis, performance tracking, and prepare executive-level presentationsn
Participate in high-level customer engagements and internal decision-making discussionsn

nSales & Commercial Execution

Contribute to achieving sales targets during cluster rotationsn




Support account development, chance pipeline management, and deal executionn
Engage directly with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutionsn

nMarket & Insight Generation

Analyze market trends, customer dynamics, and competitor activityn
Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendationsn

nCross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teamsn

n Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldn
Graduate of a top-100 QS World University, or a leading Indian institute (e.g., IIT)n
2–5 years of relevant working experiencen
Fluent in English, with a global mindset and the ability to work in a multicultural workplacen
