Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Services Sales, with a proven track record of enterprise sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Drive current business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and closing prospects with enterprise clients.
/n
Build and manage relationships with Large Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global In-house Centers (GICs), and IT Captives.
/n
Own the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and opportunity creation to negotiation, closure, and account management.
/n
Take ACL Digital's service offerings to customers and position the organization's capabilities across Digital Engineering and IT Services.
/n
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships.
/n
Conduct regular client stewardship meetings and ensure timely delivery of client-specific reports, business reviews, and governance updates.
/n




Collaborate with internal delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to develop winning solutions that align with customer requirements.
/n
Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute significantly to the organization's business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in selling IT Services and Digital Engineering solutions to enterprise customers.
/n
Strong understanding of the Digital Engineering and IT services landscape.
/n
Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and expanding strategic accounts.
/n
Consistent track record of generating USD 3 million or more in annual revenue in recent years.
/n
Excellent business acumen with robust negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
