Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Computer Operator.

The Computer

Operator will be responsible for monitoring and running computer systems and applications, ensuring that data processing tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Daily activities include handling back office operations, maintaining electronic records, performing data entry and typing tasks, and verifying the integrity of data. The role also involves troubleshooting basic system issues, following standard operating procedures, and communicating with team members to report status updates or escalate technical problems.

The Computer





Operator will work independently while collaborating virtually with colleagues to support smooth and continuous operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Computer Operations and Computer Literacy skills to manage systems, applications, and basic troubleshooting.
- Candidates should possess accurate Typing and data entry skills to handle electronic records and back office documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with remote teams and report operational issues clearly.
- Candidates should possess Back Office Operations experience to support administrative processes and maintain organized records.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with office productivity software, basic networking concepts, and information security practices.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training or certifications in IT or computer applications are an advantage.
