Position: Scientific Coding Expert - Mathematics- Task Based

Type: Short-term contract

Compensation: $30 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

- Write scientific problem specifications with logically connected sub-problems.
- Implement verified golden solutions in Python with unit test coverage.
- Design discriminative test cases for model output differentiation.
- Run QC validation checks on the Turing Central Task Platform.
- Iterate on tasks based on QC feedback to meet evaluation criteria.
- Participate in sync calls for reviews and feedback sessions.

Requirements

- Master's or PhD in Mathematics.
- Robust Python programming skills with experience in scientific computing.
- Ability to write rigorous, well-posed scientific problems.
- Attention to detail for meeting strict rubrics and quality standards.
- Experience in AI data annotation, research, or scientific writing.
- Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, SymPy.
