Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Communication Trainee. The Communication Trainee will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with communication such as being the first point of contact between the client inquires and about Therapy, Life Coaching and our Organization. Hence, they will be required to explain the process in the detail to the client, answer their queries and help them set up an appointment.
Competencies
- Enthusiasm to work in the Mental Health Space
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience to actively listen to the caller
- Empathy to understand the caller’s concerns and provide information for therapy and life coaching
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali
Timings : 3 - 4 hours a day betweem 11am to 7pm.
Minimum period : 6 months.
Stipend : As per industry standards. Will be shared on call.
