Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Current Delhi, with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Commission Sales

Associate will focus on generating new leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospective clients interested in Australian migration and visa services. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting and qualifying prospects, explaining service offerings, coordinating consultations with migration agents, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role involves achieving sales targets, building long-term relationships with clients and partners,



and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to improve client acquisition strategies.

The Commission Sales

Associate is expected to provide clear, ethical, and client-centered information while representing the Visa Education Experts brand professionally.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals on a commission-based structure.
- Customer service and relationship management abilities, with a focus on building trust and supporting clients through the decision-making process.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional language proficiency relevant to target markets is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication tools to track leads and manage client interactions.
- Basic understanding of or interest in Australian immigration processes and visa categories; prior experience in education or immigration consulting is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from New Delhi, manage time effectively, and meet defined sales targets and performance metrics.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
