- Assist in preparation of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Measure and prepare ingredients as per recipes.
- Support daily bakery production activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in baking, decorating, and finishing products.
- Store raw materials and finished products properly.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Ensure proper handling of bakery equipment and tools.
- Support senior chefs during bulk production and special orders.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow company policies and kitchen procedures.
