- Constantly guide the optimization of existing digital tools and solutions to drive further efficiencies

- Keep the organization ahead of the curve by identifying new technologies that provide a natural upgrade to the existing tools, and Serve as new tools to improve our execution and effectiveness

Strategic Sales Capability for spotting growth opportunities

- Work closely with cross dept. to oversee the creation and execution of the Sales Capability blueprint towards building a future ready sales organization in-line with the organization's strategic and growth priorities

- Automating, standardising and increasing speed to readiness of new field force

- Create a program to upskill existing field force, Merchandisers, Promoters and all field partners to enable growth

Sales Process Optimization Capability building





- Oversee tracking of key sales KPIs and flagging of issues wherever observed in order to harness growth opportunities

- Oversee the ongoing review of sales processes to drive efficiencies

Sales Analytics & GTM Optimization

- Lead the development of algorithms to strategically guide product placement in outlets by integrating and analyzing internal and external data sources to enhance growth via the data available from existing/ future programs

- Undertake current business analytics to arrive at emerging trends, gaps and opportunities in our GTM

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Tier 1/Tier 2 MBA with 8-12 years of experience (batches of 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017)

- Talent from top-tier FMCGs only

- Must be a native of General Trade/Traditional Trade

- Should ideally have done ASM, ZSM roles + Sales Transformation/COE roles

- Mandatory experience in front-line sales roles, COE, sales transformation, and sales capability roles
