Job Summary

KLH University, Aziz Nagar Campus is looking for an experienced Coding Trainer / Faculty DSA & Advanced DSA to prepare students for aptitude tests and recruitment assessments conducted by leading companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Robust hands-on programming skills in C++ / Java / Python.

- Excellent knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and Advanced DSA.
- Solid dynamic/live coding ability should be capable of solving unseen coding problems during the class.
- Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, debugging, and code-optimization skills.
- CodeChef rating: Minimum 3-Star or above preferred/expected.
- Strong and active LeetCode profile with good contest participation and Medium/Hard problem-solving ability.
- Candidates with strong Codeforces / competitive-programming profiles will have an added advantage.
- Should be proficient in Arrays, Strings, Recursion, Backtracking, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, BST, Heaps, Hashing, Graphs, Greedy Algorithms, Dynamic Programming, Tries, Bit Manipulation, Sliding Window, Two Pointers, DSU, and Advanced Graph Algorithms.
- Should be able to explain Brute Force Optimized Approach, including Time and Space Complexity.
- Should have the ability to train students for product-based company coding assessments and technical interviews.
- Experience in conducting coding contests, coding assessments, mock coding interviews, and company-specific coding training is preferred.
- Good communication, classroom delivery,



and student-mentoring skills are required.
- Preferably 2+ years of relevant Coding/DSA training experience.
- Candidates should share their LeetCode, CodeChef, and Codeforces profile links for technical verification.

- Strong programming knowledge in C++ / Java / Python
- Excellent understanding of OOP, recursion, complexity analysis, and algorithm optimization
- Knowledge of competitive programming
- Hands-on experience with LeetCode / CodeChef / Codeforces / HackerRank
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong mentoring and classroom management skills
- Ability to explain complex programming concepts in a easy manner

Preferred Skills

- Competitive programming experience

- Experience in training engineering students
- Experience preparing students for product-based company coding interviews
- Knowledge of System Design is an added advantage
- Experience in placement training / campus recruitment programs
