Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC Turning, VMC, or other CNC machines. Load and unload raw materials and components. Set and operate the machine as per production requirements. Read and understand engineering drawings and component specifications.
Perform basic tool setting and offset adjustments. Monitor machining operations and ensure proper production output. Inspect finished components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments .
Ensure components meet required dimensions and quality standards. Identify machining defects and report machine or quality issues to the supervisor. Maintain production records and machine-related documentation.
Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance. Follow all safety, quality, and shop-floor procedures.
