Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software for CNC machining processes.
- Create detailed programming instructions for CNC milling machines to ensure accurate production of parts.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and reduce costs.
- Troubleshoot issues with CNC programs and make necessary modifications to resolve problems.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming or related field.
- Proficiency in creating 3D models using CAD software such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
- Solid understanding of CNC milling operations and ability to write effective program instructions.
- Experience working with various types of materials, including metals, plastics, and composites.
