Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machines, produce components as per drawings and specifications, and maintain required quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and basic GD&T.;
- Load and unload components, tools, and fixtures correctly.
- Perform basic machine setting, tool offset adjustment, and tool changes.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure components are produced within specified tolerances.
- Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Identify and report machine, tooling, or quality-related issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Follow safety procedures, production schedules, and quality standards.




- Maintain production records and ensure minimum rejection and downtime.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related technical field.
- 0–4 years of experience in CNC machine operation; freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining processes and machine controls.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and basic inspection methods.
- Positive attention to detail and quality consciousness.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good discipline, teamwork, and learning attitude.

Preferred Knowledge

- CNC Turning / CNC VMC operation.
- Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programs and G/M codes.
- Tool offset and wear compensation.
- Basic knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
