Job Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day retail store operations.

- Achieve daily, monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Handle store staff, attendance, shifts and team performance.

- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, expiry, damages and shrinkage.

- Ensure proper billing, cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.

- Maintain FIFO/FEFO and proper product display.

- Monitor customer service and resolve customer complaints.

- Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene and visual merchandising.

- Monitor store expenses, margins and overall profitability.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and stock reports.

- Ensure company SOPs, safety and compliance procedures are followed.

- Train, motivate and improve the performance of the store team.

Candidate Requirements:

- Any Graduate preferred.





- 3–6 years of relevant retail experience.

- Exposure in FMCG Retail / Supermarket / Hypermarket / Textile Retail is mandatory.

- Strong experience in sales, inventory and team handling.

- Positive communication and leadership skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and retail billing software.

- Target-oriented and strong in problem-solving.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Preferred Background: FMCG Retail | Supermarket | Hypermarket | Textile Retail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
